Yesterday I wrote 150 lines of code for FFC*. Impressed? This weekend is looking promising for me to have free time to work on it some more.

*(None of them were related to the tournament in any way.)

I'm impressed. Glad you're back.

I see the site has a higher resolution?

I return to the site and this is what greets me. Brian saying that he's making it better. Thanks, man *sarcastic drawl*.

It doesn't have a higher resolution. I'm just trying (and temporarily failing) to get it to stop crashing so much for now.

you sure? the place looks a lot emm smaller I suppose and err.. crisper!??

ohh well either that or I'm going slowly insane

I was hoping it was for the 503 Errors.

Higher resolution? Did someone recently buy a new monitor or changed settings?

Kain, I haven't uploaded any new code, so it's the same version of the site that's been running for months. I'm afraid you are going insane, quickly rather than slowly.

Yes, I'm working on the 503 errors. My server is running out of RAM and FFC is dying for that reason. I'm fixing the database layer to cache less aggressively.

Yaaaaaaaaaaa! Insanity!

Aug 23, 2010 11:23 AM PDT

I would cry if I had to write 150 lines in a day. I'm a lazy individual.

150? The difficulty of that depends on what language he's using. For me, 150 is pretty easy in HTML. Dunno about Perl, or any other web language for that matter.

Pretty sure Nic said he used clojure...

Clojure? Never heard of it.
